I had mine Wednesday afternoon. Seemed to go alright, he said we'd hear back either today or early next week.

ahh nice, what kind of stuff came up...its by the FreshMinds peeps right? so did they ask any specific finance related questions or was it standard interview procedure i.e. why greenhill? why IB? etc

I think there's some info on glassdoor and wso. From what I remember reading it's about strategic reasons for M&A and possibly a SWOT analysis. I don't think this stage is supposed to be overly technical.

Invited to second round Greenhill. Although I'm on holiday in a sketchy country on the suggested date, so whether I make it back alive determines my future success for this one.

Congrats. Got the invite too.

As it turns out I'm also abroad - doing Erasmus for the year. Hopefully they can sort out flights or something, but it seems unlikely for just 45 minutes.

haha well the guy interviewing me said the phone interview was basically a sort of screening process to check your for real and haven't just put in an application clueless about anything.
