    University ski trips?
Okay so bascially me and my friends were thinking of going on the christmas ski trip with my uni - I know pretty much every uni does one then. However, I would want to go just for the skiing, but it seems like it's a 'society' thing - drinking games, organised events etc etc. Do people ever just tag along on these trips and do their own thing? Me and friends don't know anyone else going and don't really fancy this whole 'drinking culture' that seems to go along with it.

Yeah, lots of people just do whatever they feel like once they're there, make sure you're living together and I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun!

I went on one pretty much just for the skiing, and it was great! There will be people who are really keen on going out there, but equally there are people there who just want to spend time on the slopes.
