mate get yourself down to your GP and onto some anti-d's, you might not believe but surely its worth a try. what your describing are classic syptoms of depression and you need some help getting the chemials in your brain right. honestly just give it a try and see. I am a mental health nurse and have heard similar stories over the years and have seen anti-d's make a real difference. take care.

You don't have depression. Sounds like you have Depersonalization disorder. Unfortunately there is no cure. Best you can do is take some pills that give you an high. It's sad but, when the brain becomes so messed up there is no way back.

    Ohh. Err. Pass.
    And therein lies the problem:
You're intelligent, well presented etc. etc.
But, you haven't lived until you've had a CRACK (I crack myself up sometimes...).
Humor, not learned or contrived, is a REVELATION.
It's the ability to see things with your third eye from the perspective of Mr. Funny.
Life is full of irony if you'll only allow yourself to see.
It's everywhere (even in the laundry basket)!
Enjoyment does not equate to fun. Fun is what you do when you "let your hair down a little" and realize that life's too short to be applying our entire focus to the SERIOUS ARTS, such as dating, working, studying, learning etc. Do something, not because it's the right or expected thing to do. But do something that makes you LAUGH. I bet I could make you laugh.
Just by you watching the silly look on my face as I grin like a turnip !

i think you need medication counselling and someone to talk to you need help to get you through this because you deserve better

i've been in a similar place meself and if it's any help at all i can tell you it does get better

you need to go to a doctor and insist they refer you to counselling and take the medication

i know you hate the idea so did i hell still do but it worked took bloody years but it worked

just please take care of yourself and remember there are people who are willing to listen,
