    Rocking student life - Exter or Newcastle?
    Hey Guys,
    I have an offer letter from newcastle and exeter. Just wanted to know which University is awesome. Which place has the most rocking student life?

    I got offers from the same two universities. I chose Exeter purely because I preferred the look of the course and because it ranks higher in university league tables, but in all honesty if you're after a more "rocking" student life, I would go with Newcastle, mainly because it's a larger city and from what I can tell is more diverse and has far better nightlife, pretty much regardless of what sort of stuff you're into.

    (Incidentally, half my family's from Devon and half from Tyneside, although I've spent most of my life in Newcastle).
