Living with people you don't like - how do you cope?

Living with people you don't like - how do you cope?Due to certain reasons I have ended up in a house nexr year with 5 people I don't really get on with. They are loud, selfish and will act like they own the house and bring every tom dick and harry in with them! to top it off, they are the most un-organised people going, so paying bills etc is going to be a total nightmare!
Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that I have a year with these people, (well less thank god) till June 28th (but hoping I'll leave the house earlier than that if I finish University in May ish.). But, has anyone been in this situation before? how did you cope? any advice?
