Looking for two more people to fill a house-share
    Hello,

Me and my girlfriend are in the process of securing a house in Brockley (very close to Goldsmiths). I am going to be starting a Music degree at Goldsmiths this year and she will be starting a course at Camberwell. We are both easy going, mature and clean; interested in politics, music and art.

The house consists of three nice sized double rooms - one of which me and my girlfriend would use. It is very clean and has plenty of living space, a separate shower room and toilet, a living room, a dining room, a nice sized kitchen and a small garden. It is ten minutes walking distance from Goldsmiths and is close to nearby shops - 3 minute walk to Brockley overground station.

Rent for each of the two available double rooms would be a maximum of £466 a month.

If your interested, please contact me by leaving a reply to this thread.

    Thank you,

    Jonny

    Hi!

Me and a friend of mine, Marie, are looking for a place to stay as well! Would love to be close to the school. I'm doing the Drama and Theatre arts course and Marie is starting Politics. We're both from Norway, so going to viewing is rather difficult. If you'd like to know more about us, I can send you a private message with my email What will the move-in date be? And are the bills included in the 466?

Hello! It is lovely to hear from you. The current tenants pay an average of £30-40 a month and that's not included in the £466. Private message me with your email address and I will send you some pictures of the house.

    Thanks,
    Georgia

    Hiya,
Myself and my partner are looking to move into a house share, as I am starting a PhD at Goldsmiths University on September 1st in Music Psychology. My partner will be unemployed when we move as he is following me but I will be able to afford upto £600-700 on my earnings. I would be very interested in this if it isn't already taken! The only other issue is we have recently adopted a cat and would like to bring her with us, is this possible?
    Many thanks,
    Kat

    Hello,

The landlord only has insurance for 4 people to live in the house, so having two of you sharing a room would bump to costs up considerably as we would have to share the rent of the other spare room between all of us.

    Thanks, Jonny
