question 1 - no. If you want to do astronautical (as opposed to aeronautical or aerospace, which are much more common) you'll need to go to a normal 6th form which offers Maths and Physics. You should also do Further Maths for the best chance.
question 2 - plenty. I wouldn't limit your choice to "Astronautical" though - go for "Aerospace Engineering, or Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering." The core subjects that you need to understand are the same, and any space-themed degree will have suitable projects to get stuck into in your 3rd or 4th year at university. Look at the Russell group universities if you want the best research-led universities that the UK have to offer - ones like Cambridge, Southampton, Loughborough... etc. Check with the space agencies which universities they like to recruit from - the ESA website might shed light on current graduates. generally, with a good degree, it doesn't matter hugely which university you went to.
