    Woking College or Farnborough 6th?
I have places at both Woking College and The Sixth Form College, Farnborough, and have been trying to decide between them for months. There are advantages and disadvantages of both, but I could do with some advice. I'm taking maths, physics, economics and either further maths or chemistry depending on my GCSE results, looking to study physics at degree, and hopefully at UCL.

    Farnborough:
    -Better facilities for science
    -More societies
    -Better reputation
    -More opportunities
-I want to take a language course alongside my a levels as I didn't get a modern language GCSE (stupid Latin), but Farnborough only offers ABC language courses which are less than a GCSE
-This is my main issue: I went to the 'getting ready' day and basically found the people scary (sounds stupid I know), but it was the shear number of them, and the fact that they were all so much more fashionable and confident than me... (god I feel like an idiot :P)

    Woking:
-MUCH smaller student body- I'd have more chance of being student president etc.
-Able to take AS Accelerated French
    -Nicer people!

    What do I do guys?

What is your system for evaluating student work?
You can ref some interview questions as follows:

    Tell me about yourself?
What are your biggest strengths for Teacher?
Why did you leave your last job?
What are your career goals for Teacher?
What kind of salary would you require to accept the position: Teacher?
Why should we hire you over the other candidate?
What is your system for evaluating student work?
What would be the ideal philosophy of a school for you?
What have been your most positive teaching experiences?
Could a student of low academic ability receive a high grade in your classes?
