Which Child Nursing career route is better in your opinion?
    Hey guys

I really want to become a children's nurse but i'm confused which of the 2 routes i should take.

-One is that i complete an undergraduate degree in adult nursing and become a registered nurse and THEN complete a postgraduate in the Children's Nursing branch.
-And the other is to only complete an undergraduate in Children's Nursing.

I really want to start work asap lol, but a lot of people are suggesting to do the adult nursing undergraduate degree first and then post graduate in the children's branch because i'd have more employability opportunities as i can then work with both adults anc children, even though at the moment i feel i'd prefer to work with children 0_o?

hmm so i'm confused on what i should do now lol.. any advice etc would be much appreciate thankyou!! xo

Sounds like you want to be a children's nurse, not an adult nurse - taking the adult nursing degree first may not work out because it's not what you want to do in the long run.
