Haha, me and a few mates went to the pub for a few drinks once and we all went in and ordered a pint and got served without being asked for ID (we were all over 18) and yet my other friend who was with us got ID'd for an orange juice. He's never lived it down.

i will say around the age 16 tbh, dont worry! i lok young for my age too haha! it'll be more beneficial as we get older

I'd say 15/16. Very much a baby face - which isn't a bad thing. Your facial expression in the photo is what makes you look younger though, to be honest. I'm unsure why so many people make faces, what's wrong with just smiling these days?
