Hi, me and my friends, 3 other lads, are looking for a housemate to live with us for a minimum of 1 year with the possibility of a second. We are all in our second year at uni studying different subject. We are all friendly and easy to get along with, as long as you have a good sense of humor.

Now about the house, it is a 5 bed, all double, and comes completely furnished. There are two bathrooms in the house and one of the rooms has an en suite, unfortunately that room is taken. The room available is one of the larger rooms on the third floor of the house. There is a garden to the rear and parking facilities at the front.

The property is actually owned by a private landlord and we are sub-letting the room due to one person dropping out. The rent is £61 per week which doesn't include bills, however we estimate them to be around 10-20 per week, each.

The house is available from 7th September 2012 right the way through to 31st August 2013 and we have a first refusal for the next year.
