Thanks I love all of her outfits.
Phew! I've calmed down now, i actually cannot wait to get a job now, clothes be damned! I've kind of got the basic idea of what they're looking for when they say 'dress smart'. I always assumed they want someone in a suit and i can't pull that look off.

Your welcome, I really like her videos because she comes across as such a good person that you'd wanna be friends with. I think her tuesday and friday outfit are the best

Opinions please. Is this too tight? Would it be appropriate for interviews? I'm not too sure about this one, I could wear it with a blazer and put some tights on.

As for this one, i like the dress and i want an excuse to wear it, but i don't know if it's 'smart' enough.

First dress is perfect. It's a lovely dress and it looks great on you. I wouldn't say it's too tight at all, it's fitted, sure, but that's not a bad thing, and it's smart. I would say go for nude though, rather than black. Nude wedges or nude smaller heels would be perfect, just make sure you can walk in them.

I would also wear bare legs, because it's long enough that you can easily. If you have a fitted nude/taupe blazer to wear over it, that would be great.

Black dress, skin coloured tights, black heels (not too high) and a coloured cardigan to lift the outfit a bit x
This^^^, though if you can do without the cardigan, do because that dress looks nice and it's sometimes hard to find cardigans that look just right with dresses like that.
You could consider a short bolero style cardigan though, those are always fun and fit well with those kinds of dresses. Something similar to this maybe?

And I'd be more for a plain white contrasting cardigan/bolero. Looks more formal than something coloured. But I'm a plain style kinda gal, so if you like the colour it probably won't harm you too much as long as it's not some whacky flashing pink/red/neon thing haha.

The dress will become to be smart, first thing is the color combination, when ever color combination is to be good then automatically that dress will be nice. It is not enough to dress only be smart, but also it will be suite for us, based on our body shape and color we have to select the dresses. Then dress will be smart.

In my opinion, the pink one is looking smart, but you have to check which is suite for you or not, because we don't know how you are? So based ob your body type and color you can wear the dress. Mainly you have to wear the dress on the interview day, in which dress you feel freely and comfortable. It's the best to you.
