I just whacked together a bag of steam veggies, a bag of rice infusions and a tin of red-pepper tuna. It was surprisingly delicious and really healthy too .

Tuna steak with lemon and thyme with a mix of nice fresh and crunchy veg.

I've also started making these pancake things (idea adapted from Dukan Diet), where it's something like 2 eggs, a couple of table spoons of oat bran and seasoned, then fry as a thick pancake putting tuna in part way through and sprinkling with chilli and lemon. Sounds weird, but I made so many of these a few months back, just couldn't get enough

When I was a small mad child my mum used to ALWAYS make me tuna and vinegar sandwiches for my lunch box. I didn't realise it was unusual for ages. Tuna+mayo combinations still seem a slightly novel idea to me.

    Please do try!

I love salmon and cucumber sanwiches with vinegar (and the bread well buttered) but have never put tuna with vinegar. :holmes:
