ALberto Aqualininifiiinsifn (the liverpool guy) or Pienaar? I could do with the extra 0.5 to later on swap Mata for SIlva (i don't want 3 chelsea players for long)

Currently considering whether to go for any of Tevez, Balotelli and Dzeko...

Who's likely to get the most game time? Who'll score more or set more up?

Are are 3 even gonna be at City at the end of the transfer window?
Personally Tevez because he played a fair bit when he came back. Dzecko least likely to play i'd imagine. Balotelli, due to Euro's could be starting too though. But what do i know?

    May i suggest Borini?

The one that's not going to transfer to Fiorentina this summer.

Just been watching Spurs' pre-seeason game v New York Red Bulls. Gareth Bale is a must. That is all :moon:

Thought there would be a few more entries than we currently have, but I suppose maybe with the Olympics on the Premier League hasn't stolen everyone's attention back yet :beard:

My first two midfield picks were both Spurs players. Not sure both will remain there in the run up to kick off though, although there have been some rather nice preseason performances so far :erm:

Could somebody please tell me the big deal over Cabaye? He's the 2nd most selected midfielder and I can't see where he'd score all these points from. Somebody like Larsson may be better than Cabaye, he's a little cheaper plus with O'Neill in charge he may score plenty of points from set-pieces, whether it be goals or assists.

Also wondering whether to pick Hazard or not. He might turn out to be a flop, but he might be brilliant. Also Chelsea have the most competitive midfield I have ever seen! :O

I think most of those are Auto-complete teams. When people register, they click on Auto-complete and he shows up alot. I don't see the hype about him for FPL either. Hazard should start, but we will probably know more after the Community Shield. Think he will do well, but as he's new i'm only getting him for the first week as Chelsea play twice and then probably selling.

I think Hazard will be a 'safe' bet. He'll play and will get points. It's up to you whether or not u think he'll be worth the 9.5mil. But yeah, there will be some rotation but both Mata and Hazard will most likely be rotated less than lamps, ramires, Marin, Oscar, meireles etc

I was thinking the same about Cabaye. Surely Barfa's the better buy. I think it's because he got a good run out in the Euros, scored aswell, he's a starter for Newcastle, can take free kicks and he's good looking! (no homo!)

If you have 7mil, there's probably better buys. Pienaar has been my choice for 6.5mil, i'm hoping he's going to be my 'wildcard' and surprise everyone.

Clark, El Ahmadi and Park are my wildcards. Pienaar is also highly likely to be in my team. Nearly finished now...

Park could be a great call.

Never heard of El Ahmadi, but apparently he's a defensive midfielder, which are rarely good shouts in FPL, but we'll have to wait and see

I've watched him play in the Eredivisie a lot of times. I know what you mean and I'll probably get rid of him now.

If you fancy a big risk, Downing might be a fun shout. He's actually an ok player, just his assists and goals last season makes every1 think he's crap. But if i was a winger playing with Andy carroll i'd be crap too.
Liverpool have a new striker and coach. But it's up to u xD If you find some1 else then don't bother with him unless you're feeling adventurous xD

Think the Ox has been priced a bit high, especially considering Lennon is 0.5m cheaper. If Bendtner goes out on loan again he'll be good value but I doubt he'll get enough playing time if he stays at Arsenal.

The top two last season were both Villa fans, so you have some competition. Do you think Clark will start then? Expect Vlaar and Dunne to start at CB, with Clark unlikely to play in CM as it'd be too defensive with El Ahmadi there.

The only Villa player I have at the moment is N'Zogbia but not sure if he'll stay.

I can see N'Zogbia staying and being played, he was horribly mismanaged last season and didn't look a shadow of his Wigan self, can see him actually doing a heck of a lot better this year

Yeah, I'd only want Bent or N'Zogbia, and there are too many options up front to go with Bent (plus don't want to spend too much on a Villa player).

When Vlaar joins he WILL take the place of Clark, I am so excited by Vlaar! With 3 Eredivisie players joining it is like heaven for me!
I have the feeling that Clark will still be able to play a lot, Dunne may get injured or replaced by Clark.

Ah, was just confused as you said he was a wildcard pick for you I'd love Clark to start though. Does a job wherever he plays.
