I think 2 is the best and 1 is the worst.

1 is definitely the worst. As for the "best", probably 2 or 3.

2 is the best because you offer 3 really well valued subjects (Maths, Spanish & Geography)

3 and 4 are quite equal, both having Geography, and then each another decent one (English Lit & Maths)

1 is the worst because it only offers English Lit as a hardcore subject.

Thanks, how about if English Language on option 4 was changed to Literature?

English Literature is more respected than Language, so it would be best to change it if you're hoping to have at least 3 'facilitating' subjects that all universities prefer.

4 would be the best then because Literature is more liked than Language.

May I ask what you intend to do after A-levels? And what grades do you think you could get in these subjects? Then I'll give you an answer

I do not have any career plans
I'm best at English and am getting B at Maths GCSE.
The rest I didn't do at GCSE, except Geology.

I'd go for either 2 or 4. In my opinion 4 would be the best if you take switch English Lang for Literature.

    DO GEOLOGY
it really depends what you want to do, but i'd go set 2, maths is good because its non essay at all, languages are good to have, geography is interesting and i dont know about psychology but geology is interesting too
again, Id say set one is the worst.

Actually depends on the university course. Sometimes language is preferred rather than lit.
