    This. Once you get in the flow of the 'just do it' attitude you're pretty much set to complete any short-term task you wish to fulfill.

    Go to bed earlier.
    Go to the gym.
    Pick up a hobby.
    Wake up much earlier.
    Find something you are good at and begin to believe in yourself.
