UCAS Clearing Withdrawn?
I've been waiting for a reply for a couple weeks now only today when I logged in to track my application, UCAS said my application was in clearing and it had been withdrawn and i'd have to pay an additional £11. What does this mean? I looked it up and they said that withdrawn means that I haven't replied to an interview date or I have just withdrawn my application and I haven't done either of these things.
Can anyone help? -

If it gets beyond the 19th July and an applicant still hasn't had a reply from a university, UCAS automatically then withdraw the student from that choice and place them in clearing so that they can then make additional choices. This is what has happened to you. I'm not sure why this has happened on the 18th rather than 19th July though - it could be that the university cancelled/released your application from their end.
If you still wish to go to the university you were waiting for, contact them and discuss your options with them about adding them as a clearing choice.
