I had one today and it was a very rigorous recruitment process. There were about ten of us, and we sat around in a group talking about interesting things about ourselves and what attributes make a good sales person.

That was it, I now have to wait and see if I get to the next interview stage, which would be a more formal-individual interview.

If I don't get it, then I at least have a job at Betterware, delivering catalogues to fall back on. I also have an interview at a care home. Just such a pain having to change interview dates because I'm on holiday. Hope it doesn't jeopardise my chances?
