    Better late than never..
Hopefully I will be looking better in 12 weeks time!

I'm 19, 6'2 and weigh around 14 stone. Been eating far too much junk food since going to uni and really need to lose some stomach fat which is now getting noticeable! Keep meaning to go to the gym but just loathe it. Will try and force myself to go tomorrow.

    Today's food:
    2pm: M&S chicken cous-cous salad (300 kcal)
6pm: Kedgeree (haddock, rice, peas, boiled eggs - not sure of calories but would estimate at maximum of 600, probably less)
9pm: Tuna pitta breads with a bit of cheese (bit naughty.. would estimate at around 700kcal for 2 pittas)
Snacks: apple, cereal bar, glass of milk (150kcal)

So about 1700 calories. Bit more than I was hoping for but considering I'm used to eating 2500+ I don't suppose I'm doing too badly.

I also need to stop eating at 9pm which is something I'm going to find really difficult.

I also work in McDonald's (i.e free food 5 days a week) which is a nightmare to resist.

I'm planning on keeping up a 1500-1800 calorie diet and going on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes at least 3 times a week. Should I be doing resistance training and weights? (hope not as I hate them so much..)

I'm 17 and 6'4 so I'm pretty interested in seeing how it goes for you as a taller person. Good luck
