Hi, Have you accepted the unconditional offer by logging in the EVE portal?

You should have received an email from Cranfield univ providing an link & user credentials for EVE protal, login to the portal and defer your offer. If that doesn't work, write an email to the admission department / you program coordinator telling that you would like to defer your admission.
