Re: Do you date outside your race?
My girlfriend of three years was black and Im white, but with a Southern European complexion. I've got to admit, some people did mention this and we even recieved the (very) odd spot of racism, which made me pretty furious, especially with people modifying their jokes ect. She herself only found white men attractive, which I always thought was odd. Generally speaking though, interacial couples are very common in the white community, especially white women and black men for some reason.

Why do you not date outside your race? I'm just curious. -

I don't have a racial preference. So i'd date anyone who I'm attracted to regardless of their race. -

Re: Do you date outside your race? Not really. There were a few threads recently about whether interracial relationships were acceptable, and that's depressing, but there's very little to be sad about when people have personal preferences when it comes to dating. I think most people will find a general aesthetic preference for certain races, and while I find it very strange that someone would rule out dating people of certain races because I know there are people of all races that I find attractive, it doesn't worry me. It's just analogous to the fact that I'd never date fat or stupid women: it's a very clear personal preference, but it doesn't mean I think they are lesser people. They're just not what I'm interested in when it comes to relationships.
