Pierced my ear and got a keloid. How do I get rid of it? Advice please, I'm a girlMy Keloid is medium sized and is at the back on my right ear. It resulted because of my second ear piercing. Should I operate it? If not, what should I do? I have to wear my hair low to cover it and I look horrible.

Re: Pierced my ear and got a keloid. How do I get rid of it? Advice please, I'm a girIf you operate on it chances are you're going to have more keloid scarring. There are injections that can make it go down and that might help. See your GP if you're concerned.
