What should I do? - Lose it or form it?Yes I know.... another thread!
Well I'm an 18 year old male. Last time I checked I weigh around 67-68kg and I honestly cannot remember my height but I *think* I am around 5'7 but again I do not have a clue.

I swim every sunday and I have recently started going to the gym now for around a month or so with my dad.
Now I want to get rid of this God awful pot belly that I have. I absolutely hate it and will give the world to get rid of it. I also want to build up some *visible* muscle
...... You know , like a six pack.
Now my waist size is around a 36. However I don't know... should I focus on weight and fat loss or should I focus on building up muscle. Because I have no idea what to do. My mum seems to think I should lose some first but I haven't a clue and if I should build some muscle.... how do I go about this? I am quite lost
Thanks guys -

The best thing to do is to start eating better (cut down on junk food like fizzy drinks, takeaways etc) eat some more fruit and veg and start training. Worry about everything else after you've done those three things. You will lose some fat pretty and gain some muscle pretty quickly if you do this, assuming that you are sedentary and your diet is not quite up to par at this moment in time.
