Check your local council as they may be able to fund some of it

Attend some further out boxing clubs and get talking with the owner about how much it costs (also point out you will not be in competition with them as you will be operating in a different region).

It isn't worth it bud, not trying to put you off but my uncle did it in london also and ended up heavily in debt. Don't get me wrong you raise community spirit and what not, but finance wise, not the best idea, but if you want to, go for it

GO FOR IT... my only draw back is can you make a profit? I guess its all about price tbh.. attending a boxing club is a luxuary not a necessity that people need.. you need to do your market research find out if people in your area would even be intrested in attending the club and at what price they would expect to pay... sucessful market research can save your ass look up the 4Ps of marketing as a basic guidence. From the little I know about my local martial arts clubs all the instructers have other jobs besides teaching which would give the impression its not a job that provides financial security.. I guess it takes along time to build a good repuation. By any chance would you consider relocating?
