    Anyone need a 2nd year flatmate/housemate for 2012/13??
    Hi everyone,

Sooo due to some unforeseen circumstances (surprisingly irresponsible ex-friends), I've been left without any accommodation for my 2nd year.

I'm 20 years old, female and currently at Liverpool John Moores Uni taking BA English. I can afford around £100 - £110 a week (maybe more depending on the place). The buildings I'll be having my lectures at will be near the Philharmonic/Cathedral area, so I'm looking for a house or flat preferably near the city centre.

I'm friendly, up for a laugh and tidy. I have also kept a deposit of £300 aside for the house/flat I find.

If you go to LJMU or Uni of Liverpool (know of a good and trustworthy site for student flat rentals) and are in 2nd or 3rd year -- please let me know by replying to this post or messaging me!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi!

Our friend recently dropped out of uni so we have a spare room in our house from September if you're still looking We're a group of 6 LJMU students (all 19-20.) The house is on Huskisson street which is about 10 minutes walk from the centre and all uni buildings.

Rent is £105 a week with bills included and the deposit is £300!

Let me know if you want more information,

    Harriet x

    Hi Harriet,

    Hi Harriet,

So sorry for the late response! The house you mentioned in your message has a great location and the rent is the same as my last accommodation.

Is there anyway you could send me some photos of the place? Or maybe even the address (or landlord's contact info) as I'm going back to Liverpool in a few days.

Also just a few more q's: how many bathrooms are there? Is wi-fi included in the bills? And do we pay rent/bills on a monthly basis?

    Thanks for replying to post,

    Sid
