    I talk to myself a lot especially if I'm standing alone awkwardly somewhere (bus stop or whatever) and I'll fake a phone conversation so I can talk to myself

    even i do it...and it dosent worry me much but really frustrates me during my study hours,as i get completely lost into this unreal world and waste my time as well as energy into it...if any one has a solution please suggest.

    even i do it...and it doesnt worry me normally..but frustrates me a lot during my study hours.as i am completely lost in some unreal world and wasting all my time and energy into it......if anyone has a solution please suggest.
