    Anyone worked for Yates?
I have an interview there early next week as a 'Team Member' and was just wondering if anyone can tell me what the interview process in Yates is like? I'm actually undecided if I'll even go because I applied for a role in the kitchen and they've come back with an interview for a more general 'Team Member' position which I assume involves working behind the bar?

I had an interview at a different stonegate pub (which Yates's is part of) on Friday. I'm not sure if it will be the same, but mine was just a chat really. It was really relaxed. He asked me about myself and if I had any experience and that was pretty much it. After the interview, I got told I start the training on Monday. I have no former experience so I'm hoping I pick it up quickly, lol.
