Fasting is good for your body in many ways, so don't worry about your health, you will be just fine. Just don't fast if you are sick or pregnant (I didn't see your gender). You wouldn't be asked or made permissible to fast if it would harm you. If you are worried about fitness (i assume body building??), just make sure you get a large caloric intake when you can and work out after you eat if you want to. It is more important to please God than yourself or others. If you have guilt that is good, because it means you are a believer and God has blessed you with his love and presence.
