They could change but I very much doubt they will have done. I imagine at some point before results day, someone will be working through that list making sure it's up to date anyway.

I'd wait until nearer results day to print it. For the last couple of years those wiki pages have only been updated a few days before results day. If you need a printed copy of the list then presumably it's because you won't have access to a computer at some point, so you need to make sure your printed list is accurate.

There Clearing numbers should be somewhere on uni websites, yes, but it's possible they aren't advertising them yet.

If you really don't want to go to your insurance, call them and ask them to let you go now. Doing it on the day takes ages - can be up to a week, since you are not their priority - and by then, the spaces in clearing will be very, very much reduced.

That's not how it works, I'm afraid. You can only enter clearing when you have a clearing number, and you only get one of those if you are holding no offers.

ok my firm is UCL hopefully i will get the grades but if not my insurance is Reading i dont want to go to reading as its far and due to a circumstance i cant go i instead want to replace reading as kingston?
Well, if you don't want to go to Reading, ask them to release you now so that you will go straight into clearing on results day. As for Kingston, you will have to see if they are in clearing for your course, then ring them up and apply over the phone. If you have a clearing number, that gives them access to your UCAS form so they can make a decision. If you don't have a clearing number, then you aren't eligible for clearing and they will say no. You won't know if Kingston are in clearing until results day, and they themselves won't know until they get all their results in a few days before you do and have worked out how many people have made it.

No, you can't say that. They will not know if they have any places in clearing yet. In any case, you haven't failed to get into UCL yet. Have you applied to Kingston already? If they gave you an offer before, they won't resurrect it now. They may tell you what your chances might be of being considered a second time, if they have a policy about that. Other than that, all you can do is wait and see. If you haven't applied to Kingston before, and you have a space on your Ucas form because you didn't use all five slots before, then you could submit an application, but at this stage it would be an application straight into clearing and they will still not be able to tell you yet if they have any places left. Interviews over the phone are pretty normal in clearing.
