    Help with writing submissions
has anyone got any tips or books I can get about how to prepare submissions for arbitrations/mediations?

I have got to get my submissions up to a certain standard and am struggling a bit!

    thanks

If you can get access, it would be worth looking at the LPC books on Civil Litigation (these will cover how to structure and write a claim) and the BPTC books covering written submissions.
