From a technical perspective, where should van Persie go?
Which side would benefit most from Robin?

    Man City
    Man Utd
    Juventus?

Hopefully nowhere in England, he still knows how to cut through a Spurs defence better than many.

I reckon he would suit Juve the best.

I think v. Persie would play well with Rooney at Man Utd but both Manchester clubs have decent striking options. I don't know that much about Italian football but the fact that Juve went unbeaten and only won Serie A by 4 points tells me they lack someone who can single-handedly turn draws into wins, something van Persie did for Arsenal last season.

    Manchester United.

I don't know anything about Juventus' current team so I'm just going to look at the MANC clubs. Manchester City has Balotelli, Tevez, Aguero, Dzeko (yeah i know Dzeko is rumoured to leave but that hasn't happened yet). This striking quality is going to mean RVP will start less games and play less games in a season, therefore he wont benefit as much.
With Manchester United they have Rooney as there star striker and adding RVP to that will be a formidable partnership. As they are both complete strikers, they are adept at scoring and poaching goals and creating them they can play well together. RVP will start every game for United too.

Juventus. He's the missing piece in the jigsaw for them. They created a ridiculous amount of chances last season but didn't have a deadly finisher. Plenty of games they should've won ended up as draws and RVP could be the difference. If they get him, the title has already been decided.

Can only play four of them at once though. You still need a minimum of two CMs.

Yeah, I don't really get why we are willing to spend so much on areas that don't need strengthening when we have one CM who isn't either too young, too old or injury prone.

Juve, their weak link is up front. They could become a really good team with the addition of RVP.

Not a rival club, at the very least not within London. You'd think he'd have that much respect.

The Manchester clubs are his best bet at winning the CL/PL and Serie A isn't as prized as the PL plus Juve have no chance of winning the CL.
