I'll be interested to see how well Brasil play as a nation. If they are as good as they are on paper Team 'GB' will be licking their wounds come 90 minutes.

I'm going to the women's one on Wednesday in Cardiff - can't wait - get to see both matches XD !!! Other than GB (against NZ), I will be supporting Brazil (against Cameroon) in the other match. It will be awesome!

Brazil should win easily given the quality in their side. Their attacking line up is much much better than anything the UK has produced since Gazza and Scholes.

Disgraceful team selection which has just isolated everyone outside of England and Wales even the Stuart Pearce is a disgraceful choice as Manager Allan McGregor, James Forrest, Jordan Rhodes, Steven Fletcher all could easily have played in that team and i'm sure we could have managed to fit a few from Northern Ireland aswell.

'The Scottish Football Association, along with their Northern Irish counterparts, have taken no direct involvement with Team GB and have made it clear they do not want their players involved for fear of risking their countries' separate identities in world football.'

EDIT2: 'The Football Association of Wales, along with the Scottish and Northern Irish associations, do not want a Team GB but the FAW had said it would not stop Welsh players from taking part.' - I guess the SFA may have blocked/did block Scottish players from taking part?

The Welsh FA said the same thing the players ignored them though and the players I mentioned have all expressed their desire to play for team GB.

Women's football is on equal terms with watching paint dry.

Were any Scotsmen considered in the preliminary list of players?
