You have to apply on the Inditex website: http://www.joinfashioninditex.com/joinfashion/
which is the fashion group that Zara is owned by including Pull & Bear, Massimo dutti, Bershka and others. You just create an account fill out the online application, upload your CV and you can also apply to more that one store/brand. And if the like the look of you profile they will call you in for an assessment day in 1-3 weeks.
Good Luck!Last edited by Swindon; 30-07-2012 at 19:20. -

Re: How do you get a sales associate job at Zara?? i'm so desperate for one!!When I applied I was wondering the same thing too, people they don't ask any question and there is no sort of assessment on the careers website. I guess it's just as long as you have retail experience they will consider you. I've only worked at Next (department store) for 9 months and that the only experience I have really along with a bit of youth club volunteering here and there.(Original post by rurounikenji)
hi guys,
I'm guessing they obviously look into great detail with your Cv. what did you guys have on your cv? like past job experiences and duration of how long you worked etc?
But to be honest I think Zara is a bit of a stuck up company, in the end I was invited to a group interview and they told me they would get back to me within a week and they did with an email saying "We don't that you are a suitable candidate for this position... Your background is very interesting... We will keep in touch for further positions that may arise" I have no clue what that means and why my background is so interesting to them, but oh well lol. -
