Which type of country would you prefer to live in?

    To me politics is a means to an end. I only crave political change when I believe that change would lead to a benefit to me or the the country or the world.

    Providing a nation offered a quality of life sufficently high that I didn't think political activism would help, then yeah, sure, I'd go for that.

    That said, I consider freedom from religion, freedom to marry gays and so on to be part of my quality of life measure. As such Saudi Arabia or UAE wouldn't make the cut.

    I agree with the political freedom (the lack there of). I think the standard of living is typical of a first world country.

    One opposite to the one I am living in right now. (i.e: very low standard of living and very low political freedom)
