To be honest, it would look nice if it wasn't sooo tight. But with it as tight as it is I would say yes you do look cheap and easy. That's not to take away from the fact that you have a gorgeous figure that most girls would be envy of, and most girls would want to show it off too.

Haha Jess, you've totally taken over this forum post after your photos! yes, your figure is amazing. yep, the dress is short, sexy and figure hugging. but it's hot, not slutty. it covers everything it needs to. nothing's falling out, lol. you're going out to have fun with your mates, right? guys (and girls) will look for sure. but that'll be you and your attitude, as well as your figure and "the dress". just be prepared to filter out some unwanted attention and have a great time!

I'm not the type to dress like this. At times I've gone on a night out in a dress that is knee length and I look completely out of place, truthfully, the people I know who wear short dresses etc. do it either for confidence or to pull

I've often gone online in search of outfits for nights out. I'm not particularly confident so I usually go for a slightly longer dress or I wear a tunic top with leggings. The dresses that I do see on websites are usually very short, I find that it's getting increasingly difficult to find dresses that are a comfortable length but can be worn for a night out .

I don't know how we can "win". If I go out dressed up, that makes me "cheap and easy". If I dress down nobody looks twice. So what are girls supposed to do? I don't go out just to pull, it's more of an added bonus, but it does get depressing when nobody's interested in even a quick kiss. Makes me feel ugly as sin.

You can 'win' by wearing what you like and not caring about others judging you. If a girl looks like a slut it's a bonus if anything.

No it doesn't look cheap at all.

    It looks expensive, high end.

you are openly admitting you want attention and looks from others? why cant you go out and enjoy the night with your friends? why do you need some attention off strangers?

how comes girls dress for attention but they complain when they get attention? like guys grinding on them or guys looking at their breasts. i have heard so many girls complain when guys look at their breasts in a low-cut dress on a night out. do they only hate it when ugly and average guys give them attention?

    answer those questions!

I don't know if you're a girl or not but
Girls are weird. we say we hate something when we actually like it. SOMETIMES. not all the time.
For example "Ergh that [reallyhot yet a little bit chavy] guy just told me i have great boobs [and i'm really flattered because i grew these myself and i feel like my body looks great]. What a perv..."
    Or
"that random guy just called me sexy [so i must actually not look like a little boy today, clearly this dress is working for me i'm so happy i bought it] What a creep"

****ing hell your body is amazing

Doesn't look cheap, but there is a bit "showing" for 'classy'

Personally, I'm not one to follow the crowds. When I got out, yes, I dress up, but I'm one of the knee length girls. Seriously, I go out to the clubs in our city that have semi formal dress codes just because I adore dressing up in pretty dresses that make me feel pretty, or beautiful; not sexy. I have a boyfriend; he's the only person I need to look sexy for, and he thinks I'm sexy in a t-shirt and scabby old sweatpants, so I'm good to go there. I don't wear a lot of makeup on nights out, which normally means I get IDd like hell because I look a lot younger than nineteen, and I normally wear more "ball" style dresses, because I think they're pretty.

I'd say I'm unusual in my city; most girls go out in skirts that could double up as belts, and tops that go down to their navel, but I don't think it's anything bad, as such. If they want to dress that way, I leave them to it. It's just not for me.

On a night out I wore a short high waisted skirt, although not body-con, with a loose high neck (no cleavage) chiffon top that was slightly sheer, and a blazer. Before we even got inside I was asked, by an already drunk male, why I was wearing a suit. A suit. Because that was the contrast between my attire and the majority of the girls around me. Its reactions like that which encurage people to conform to revealing both legs and boobs at the same time, because if we don't, we're the minority.

Interesting. You see this sort of self deprecating on Facebook pictures but I never thought of it this way too. Thinking about all the times I have heard girls do this I would say it is true.

I don't get your point. Some guy, who was very drunk, thought you were wearing a suit and this is reason enough for you to wear revealing clothes?

It should be noted that the examples i gave exclude Feminists. They are the 'Super-women' of the world and cannot be explained.

You can usually tell in the tone of voice though, best way I can describe what you're talking about is it sounds more like gossiping than actual anger driven hate.

When i was 16-17 i used to go to local towns/malls dressed in bodycon mini skirts from mid-thigh to just about showing the bottom of my bum cheeks, with knee high boots, high heels, (sometimes) platform 6" high heels, because ive always had nice looking legs. Sure i used to get the odd looks from some people but a lot of other people gave us the attention me and my friend was looking for.
You dressed like a street lurking prostitute.
