Yep we'd only judge them knowing how good they were at there 'best', it's like a fantasy world where you've bought all the players back from there peak to play in this. Again you're right, it still heavily depends on the voters and what they make of your team!

These are actually quite common questions, once we play a few matches it'll make more sense.

I didn't quite understand the turns..

From Chris' example

You'd essentially go: 3rd, 2nd, 1st, 4th

But I didn't understand this double-picking..

Basically I'm 10th of 16.. How do I expect my next few picks? (will I just go 10, 9, 8, 7 etc?

Double-picking isn't complicated.

Example: Assume a 5 players game.

Let the 5 players be A, B, C, D and E.

So the random starting order is BECDA so for picking the 2nd player we will follow a reverse order, ADCEB.

So A picks player 1 at the end while player 2 at start so hence a double-picking.

There's no confusion with the rotation example in the first post. It's as clear as day. 1, 2, 3, 4 and then 4, 3, 2, 1 and then you repeat the two sequences until the end.

The simplest thing would be to add a couple more so if you have 5 or 6 in the example and then its more obvious afaic. Or you add the third sequence.
