That's going to be tough to implement as most of the time I've played generally people just vote and go away - it's an open poll though you can see the voters. Generally we ask those playing to justify there vote - we won't get many votes from non-players if they have to justify it. And what's a not a good reason? It's a very grey area.

Another thing what if FudgeSundae doesn't come back? I think we'll go ahead with a knock out but there'll also be a group of 3 teams, in which all the teams all the teams play each other. Winner of the group progresses to the quarterfinals. So 6 last of 16 knock out matches, and 1 group of 3. Unless someone who's not currently playing is willing to take over his team.

Should we also consider 'neg bar' (I don't know what its called. If say someone where to vote and it's someone with 4 red bars, should he be considered? He may just be trolling? Another grey area?

Didn't we have a first reserve? Gob or someone?

I guess we give Fudgesundae until it's his turn again - give him 6 hours of his turn, if he doesn't show, we replace him with someone else who wants to play.

No trades when all players have been picked, I'm not even a fan of picking one of the other teams players if you knock them out. Takes away from your team then.
