So many good choices to pick. There's a couple of great players I want to still be around in a few picks time but I'm going to go with one of my personal favourite strikers of all time:

Yea I wanted either/both too

Rofl I think this game is going to be a massive disappointment in terms of other people picking the players you'd ideally want.

I mean essentially you need to consider the best 16 players for each position or prioritise from there - Are there 16 world class left backs for example from the 00's? Will be tough..

We should've played with 8 regulars - could've sorted the draft so much quicker

I think the good thing is that the 2000's brought such an abundance of great players. From the early 00's of Figo, Ronaldo, Zidane to the late 00's of Messi and C.Ronaldo, there's just so many tremendous players.

Interesting that cfc1992 picked Eto'o, since he was the other player that I was considering along with Henry. One of the best strikers of the decade.

That's the point of the draft though and having a lot of people playing in it. You get the players who everyone considers great and world class coming up first, like we have in the round so far, and then as the rounds go on you're forced to pick players that you rate that others mate not. It's what makes it interesting, as having Henry, Ronaldo, Figo and Zidane in the same team would just be boring!

i was hoping to do the same thing but knew I wouldn't get both. Was hoping to get at least one.

He's going to be pretty vital to how I hope to set up, which needs a few key players that I hope to get as well.
