    Help Regarding Two Courses
I've got an offer for postgraduate study from two universities - Leicester (Distance Learning) and the University of Leeds.

One of which is a distance learning course (over 2 years), and the other is a full time course. Both courses offered will give me a MSC qualification.

I've been comparing the two courses, and I prefer the course that is offered full time at the university, compared to that of the distance learning course, which I don't find very interesting at all (or related to my field as much).

    Now for my problem....

I was always told to do a course that I'd be interested in (which would be the full time course), rather than a course that I'm not too sure about.

However, I'm wondering if I should undertake the course I'm less interested in, because I can gain experience on the distance learning course and earn money at the same time, even if it does take a little longer. Saying that, I might not be motivated to do work, if I find the course less interesting than the full time course.

    Opinions?

I'd say go with the course that interests you more.

After all, that's what a master's all about: following your interests
