    What is the due date for submitting IELTS?
    Currently I got sufficient grade for the school subjects, but not IELTS.

    So, I'm taking IELTS on 28th July and considering to retake after the week I get my result, in case I fail again.

    However the next exam will be on 18th, hence the result day will be on 1st september. will it be too late...?

    All their requirements must be satisfied before a certain date, I think it's mid or late August. You might be able to negotiate if it's only a few days later, though, but it would slow up CAS/ accommodation processes.
