    Hello everyone!
Hi! I'm new in this forum so I thought it would be great to introduce myself to all the community

My name is Azahara, and I'm 18 years old (well, in a few days I'll be 19 xD). I'm from Spain, and I'm studying medicine in the University of Valencia.

I really like drawing and playing the guitar, and computers. I love listening to music, no matter the genre. And I looooooove London city

So, that's all! Hope to have expressed myself accurately, as my English is not as perfect as I would like it to be So, if you find any mistake, please correct me!

Welcome Azahara, how many times have you been to London? What did you visit when you were there. What is Valencia like as a city?

I've only been once in London (unfortunately, because I'd love to go more times). And I have not travelled to any other place abroad, despite I would like it.

I went with my classmates when we finished "bachillerato". I don't know the equivalent in the UK system, but it's a non-compulsory educational stage of two years that you do to prepare for the University.

I stayed a week, and we went to several places, from Westminster Abbey to the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Oxford St., the London Eye, several museums and parks..., and we even travelled in a huge boat along the Thames. A thing that I found really startling was the wind inside the stations and even wagons of the London Underground, and its speed - it was really fast!. Ours is not like this.

It was all beautiful . One of the days, we visited Oxford city, too.

About Valencia, I thinks it's a charming city. There's a lot of things to see and to do here. For instance, the Towers of Serranos and Quart, that are rests of the city walls in the past. There are of course a lot of museums, theatres and so on, and don't forget the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias" and our beach

But if you compare between both cities, there's a clear difference. In London there are lots of little houses, everywhere (as the city has evolved from different towns that have merged, as far as I'm concerned). Otherwise, in Valencia most buildings are modern, and high. Of course there are old neighbourhoods that are mostly composed by low height houses, but in specifical places. And I think this is a very important part composing the special charm that London has.

I lived in London for 5 years, mainly around London Bridge which is a great area. I love London and hope to move back there someday. I love the diversity of the city and also the music scene. My favourite genre is Jazz and there is a lot going on around pubs and bars throughout central London. I think my favourite sight in the city is St Paul's Cathedral.

I studied Spanish a long time ago. My reading is still okay but my speaking and writing is terrible. I still try to watch spanish films, I recently watched the movie 'Frida', which is about the life of Frida Kahlo. Have you seen it?

8 years ago I lived in Argentina for 6 months and loved it. I have only been to Spain once, when I flew to Malaga and then took a coach to Granada. It is a really nice place and the Alhambra is spectacular.

What type of music do you play on the guitar?

I've heard good comments about the film, but I still have not watched it - although I plan to do it. About the guitar, I don't play a specific genre, I just listen to songs I like and try to find the chords to play them.
