Re: Best Bands/Artists You've Seen LiveI paid 120 quid out of my student overdraft for a second-hand ticket to finally see them at the o2 in February. I don't regret it one bit, they were face-meltingly good (literally during some songs).(Original post by commandant)
no one has even come close to rammstein live -
Re: Best Bands/Artists You've Seen Live
Guns N' Roses (Use Your Illusion Tour) - though I still loved them when I last saw them in Manchester, I really loved their energy back then, plus I am glad to have seen them when Slash, Duff and Izzy were still part of the band.
Faith No More - mental!
Michael Jackson - very glad I got to see him live. Great performer.
Oddly enough - Meatloaf. That was back in the early 90s. I wasn't a fan, got dragged there by a friend, and didn't know what to expect. What we got was like a theatre show. Very different than any other gig I have been to!
Duran Duran - because that was my very first concert and got me hooked on live performances

Re: Best Bands/Artists You've Seen Live
The only concert I've seen (due to literally living on a rock!) was Roger Waters performing the album 'The Wall' in Manchester last year. It was amazing, not just for the music (my fave album!) but the show was just spectacular - I'm seeing Muse in November, it has a lot to live up to!
