HEY! I have a room to rent Sept 2012-2013!!!
It's a single bedroom on the second with a lot of storage in a four bed house that is £95 p/w bills (gas, water and electric) included. There are currently three soon-to-be second year girls, studying Politics, Biology and History of Art. They're all lovely, fun and friendly and all 20.

The house is in Becket Court Avenue just off the Whitstable road which is halfway down between UKC campus and town (about a 10-15 minute walk to UKC). It’s a lovely house with a modern, fully-fitted kitchen which includes: a Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Electric Hob and Oven and a Microwave. There are television aerial points in each bedroom and also in the fully furnished lounge where a Television is supplied. The property also has two toilets, one with a shower/bath and there is a large garden to the rear with a shed for extra storage.

The tenant must be able to supply a guarantor and the property is available from now (although you may want to wait until September) until the 28th June 2013.
