After 4 months, you're doing pretty well, isn't it.

That looks like great progress for 4 months... you aren't even fat!

What is your weight difference over the 4 month period?

Your chest isn't that bad, when you get leaner it'll look better. Back needs a considerable amount of work. Other than that, awesome progress.

Thanks, but I still have a lot of work to do!

That's nice of you to say. People have actually been telling me that I've gained too much fat - it's been around 14 lbs in 4 months. I feel so much better than before though when my bodyfat was very low.

Go for it, buddy! Diet is the most important thing to track. Keep food AND workout diaries - good luck

Thanks for the feedback. And I thought my back was improving more than my chest!

Pretty awesome progress for 4 months. Looks like your back is lagging behind slightly. Couldn't see your legs.

    well done decent progress

especially on the arms if you don't directly train them. my mate is the same, only needs one set of biceps and they grow - he says they grow too much ! I'd rather that than my arms which don't respond!

Thanks - I appreciate it and I hear you about the arms. Friends have praised my biceps but I've always been frustrated with my forearms - they never seem to grow.

How long have you been training? I think we'll get there in the end

More overhead work will bring your shoulders out. Do you do much heavy rowing or chinning?

Well done so far - keep up the good work.

Just started bulking myself actually. You're right about it being tough over the summer but it's definitely worth it when you start cutting in the end and can see noticeable results!

    Thanks for the feedback.

I do lat pull downs, upright rows and V bar pull downs on back day. I use to do T bar rows but I'm on upright rows now to see if I make better gains.

Thanks - I appreciate it. How long do you plan to bulk for? And be careful not to gain too much fat like I did - I'm sure you'll do great

I might try 3-4 months, although like you say I'm hoping to avoid gaining excess fat which might be quite difficult seeing as I'm off to uni in September!
