Opposite way round for me, I guess.

Most of my underwear drawer is thongs. Tried them once and never went back - I just find them more comfortable. I also own four pairs of briefs that I only wear under PJs or certain skirts/dresses.

I prefer french knickers on a girl, not a fan of the thongs and from speaking to my friends I think most guys think the same. They can't be very comfortable either!

French knickers in fact anything other than thongs makes me feel so much more comfortable both physically and mentally and I'm pretty sure that's more important than the preference of the person you're with. After all, if you're not comfortable/in pain you're not going to come across 'sexy' or whatever!

As for underwear on a guy my ex generally just wore boxers and that was fine by me, as long as he was comfortable in them that was what mattered the most

That is so true, it is important to wear what you feel comfortable in not what other people want you to wear or what is fashionable. I generally prefer underpants to boxers as I do a lot of sport and so find them more comfortable. I know most girls prefer boxers but they soon get used to it!

haha, commando isn't a good option for playing football or any other sport. You need the support of a good pair of y-fronts to prevent any painful injuries!

lol i guess proper underpants for lads serve the same purpose as a bra for girls, keeping everything secure! Wearing boxers for running does not feel good!

I always play football without underwear. I don't understand what the big deal is, accidents are pretty rare. I just can't see any reason to place such harsh restrictions on my freedom.

playing football with no underwear isn't sensible. A pair of proper underpants will help to prevent any injuries, had a mate who twisted his *******s once playing football. Doctor told him it wouldn't have happened if he was wearing proper underpants rather than boxers under his shorts.

Well, I think he probably just had loose bullocks. I've played pretty intense football for years and never gotten my bullocks twisted. He probably was used to wearing briefs or w/e and when he took them off he hadn't developed the necessary muscle mass to hold his **** together.

my mate always wore boxers too, until the day when he got injured. Briefs are designed to protect the jewels and help prevent injury. And they are a hell of a lot more comfortable than running around with everything moving around down there!

Men should never ever wear thongs, I agree.

I think we have to disagree there, the natural state of things is with the jewels flying freely, like the eagle of democracy. With briefs all you do is restrict movement through your tyrannical ways stunting your potential.

I think when my Bf wears underpants the sight is more pleasing, he says they are better than boxers as you are supported more.

o.O Why would you find it more comfy to have your junk all squished in a tight pair of briefs? Same goes for skinny jeans...how the **** any guy wears those without feeling extremely uncomfortable I'll never know. I only ever wear boxers.
