    It's UCL's student houses so they're run by the university.

    University - King's College London
    Type of hall - Self catered, en-suite bathroom.
    Costs - £135 a week.
    Contract length - 42 weeks.

    (FYI this was in 2010-11)

    Imperial's always had horrendously high rents for its Halls. Going back 5 years ago, rent was £109 for quite a good room, and it was comparatively expensive then.

    Rent price increases in London over the last 5 years have been a joke.

    And not a funny one either.

    43 - Weeks.

    And I thought mine was expensive, looking at some of the prices quoted here, HOLYSH-- :shock::eek:
