    UCAS confirmation letter?
    Hi

I accepted my uni place at the start of June, ever since then on the track welcome screen it tells me I should receive a confirmation letter shortly. Does anyone know when I am likely to receive this or has anyone got theirs yet? I'm nervous it's got lost in the post and need it to sort my accommodation. I would ring UCAS to check but it's an 0871 number and their email is just an automated response, which is real useful...

    Thanks!

UCAS are sending most confirmation letters out by email this year. If you haven't recieved anything then contact them to find out whether it has been sent and if it hasn't WHEN it will be sent.

According to the saynoto0870 website 01242 222444 will take you through to the UCAS switchboard. Or you could try calling their international phone line: 0044 330 333 0230 (or 0330 333 0230 from within the UK).

You don't generally need the UCAS confirmation to arrange accommodation though - usually that is handled directly by your university.
