Expelliarmus has to be the most overrated spell. I know Harry raves on about how amazing it is but if it was that good Dumbledore and Voldemort would try and use it on each other. It's pretty much the first spell everyone learns and Harry uses it constantly, boring spell. -

Re: If you could have one spell from 'Harry Potter' what would it be?The coolest spell in the books I thought is Septum Sempra, but I wouldn't want to use it so not that one. The most useful spell would be Imperio, but then again it's unforgivable. Expecto Patronum would be neat to find out what my Patronus is, but mostly useless aside from that. From what's left then, either Petrificus Totalus or Stupefy for their defensive utility.
