HELP! QMUL second year student looking for accommodation...Any recommendations on where to live besides Mile End (place names)? What is the average price in Mile End (for a single/a double)? Are there any other websites apart from spareroom.co.uk? Will there be any rooms (single/double) lower than £100?

Re: HELP! QMUL second year student looking for accommodation...The adjacent areas of bow are a bit nicer than being around mile end. As a guide try to live north of mile end road. Between there and roman road is all part of the bow conservation area (=middle class families etc.) Rent prob gonna be around 125 a single. Lower than £100 go ex local authority house share, ive had cheaper than £100 inc bills in a maisonette near mile end sharing with 3 others.
