    Name wrong on certificates...
    I received my BTEC certificates recently but only today noticed my name was wrong on them. Nothing major but a letter was missed out of my name.

    Does anyone know if exam boards replace them for free if this happens?

    They should do, or the charge will be given to those responsible (which is hardly going to be you)
